CHILDREN AND MINORS POLICY

1. Age Requirement — 18 and Older Only

Friends You and Me is a social networking and friendship service intended exclusively for adults who are 18 years of age or older.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account, establish a profile, communicate with members, upload photographs or videos, or otherwise use the interactive or member features of Friends You and Me.

By creating an account or using member features of Friends You and Me, a user represents that they are at least 18 years of age.

2. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Friends You and Me respects the privacy of children and intends to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and applicable regulations concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Friends You and Me is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If Friends You and Me learns that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, Friends You and Me will take appropriate steps to delete the information in accordance with applicable law and may immediately suspend or terminate the associated account.

Nothing in this section changes the Website's minimum age requirement. All users of Friends You and Me must be at least 18 years old.

3. Registration and Age Information

Users must provide accurate information regarding their age or date of birth when requested during registration or use of the Website.

A person under the age of 18 may not misrepresent their age, use another person's information, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Website's age requirements.

Friends You and Me reserves the right, where appropriate and permitted by law, to request additional information or use reasonable measures to determine or verify whether a user satisfies the Website's minimum age requirement.

4. Profiles, Photographs and Videos

Individuals under the age of 18 may not create profiles or submit photographs, videos, contact information, location information, messages, or other personal information through the member features of Friends You and Me.

Friends You and Me reserves the right to remove photographs, videos, profiles, messages, accounts, or other content when the Website reasonably believes that an account is being used by a person under 18 or otherwise violates this Policy, the Website's Terms of Use, or applicable law.

5. Messaging and Communication

Individuals under the age of 18 may not use Friends You and Me to send or receive private messages, participate in member-to-member communications, arrange meetings with other users, or otherwise participate in the Website's social or friendship features.

If Friends You and Me reasonably believes that a user is under 18, the Website may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and associated access.

6. Notice From a Parent or Guardian

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a person under the age of 18 has created an account or is using Friends You and Me, the parent or guardian should contact Friends You and Me promptly.

Upon receiving sufficient information to identify the account, Friends You and Me will review the matter and may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and take other appropriate action.

If the individual is under 13 and personal information has been collected, Friends You and Me will also address the information in accordance with COPPA and other applicable privacy laws.

7. Discovery of an Underage Account

Friends You and Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account when it reasonably determines that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

An underage user may lose access to the account and the Website's member features. Friends You and Me may delete or otherwise handle account information and user content in accordance with its Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, applicable retention requirements, and applicable law.

Providing false age information does not give an individual under 18 permission to use Friends You and Me.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Friends You and Me will maintain reasonable procedures designed to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information maintained by the Website.

Personal information subject to COPPA will be collected, used, retained, and deleted in accordance with applicable COPPA requirements.

9. No Exception Based on Parental Permission

Because Friends You and Me is an 18-and-older service, permission from a parent or guardian does not authorize an individual under 18 to create or maintain an account.

The Website's minimum age requirement remains 18 regardless of parental or guardian permission.

10. Changes to This Policy

Friends You and Me may revise this Children and Minors Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, applicable laws, regulations, safety practices, or privacy requirements.

The current version of this Policy will be posted on the Website with its effective date.
